A: If you own business premises, whether leisure, industrial, office or retail, which are currently unoccupied and empty then the likelihood is you will be liable to pay full empty property rates.
Q: How much do I have to pay in empty property rates without one of your solutions?
A: If you do not have any solution in place to remove your liability you may have to pay the full rates payable as calculated from the rateable value.
Q: How much do I have to pay in empty property rates if I use one of BoyceBrook's mitigation solutions for my empty property?
A: NONE. You will not pay any empty property rates at all.
Q: Are the savings BoyceBrook achieve completely legal?
A: Our empty property rates solutions are formulated to work within the law to take advantage of current reliefs and exemptions. We use tried and tested legislation. The liability is immediately transferred to the tenant and any future rates liability is billed directly to the tenant.
Q: What if I sell or lease my premises?
A: If you sell or lease your premises the tenancy can be terminated and the property vacated by giving 14 days notice.
Q: What assurance does the property owner have in the event that the tenant causes damage to the property?
A: Any damage to the property caused by the tenant is fully indemnified by BoyceBrook Limited.
